We are proud to be an Authorised Bernina Service Agent with a Bernina-trained technician on site. Whether you own a BERNINA, bernette, or another sewing machine brand, we are here to keep your machine in top condition.

What’s Included in a Full Service?

During every full service, we ensure your machine is cleaned, lubricated, and tension/timing thoroughly tested

  • Machine covers are removed to clean out lint, fuzz, broken needles, pins, and any foreign objects.

  • Old grease and oil are removed and replaced with genuine BERNINA lubricants.

  • All standard service checks and performance adjustments are completed.

  • For electronic BERNINA and bernette machines, we also check and update firmware as needed.

  • A final test stitch sample is sewn to ensure your machine is running smoothly.

What to Bring With Your Machine

When bringing in your sewing machine or overlocker, please include:

  • Power cord

  • Foot control

  • The presser foot you're currently sewing with

  • Bobbin case

  • (Optional) Automatic buttonhole foot if you'd like it tested All other accessories can be left at home.

Repairs & Other Brands

While we specialise in BERNINA sewing machines, we service all brands, models, and ages but please note:

Parts availability for non-Bernina or discontinued older machines can not be guaranteed. Repairs are carried out based on parts we have in stock or can source.

Fees & Charges

Assessment Fee (non-refundable):

  • $50 – payable at drop-off for both Sewing and Overlocker machines.

Standard Service Fees (in addition to assessment fee):

  • Bernina / bernette Machines: $75

  • Other Brands: $100 Additional charges may apply for parts, labour,
    or extensive servicing.

Important Notes & Terms

All service requests require a $50 non-refundable deposit to cover technician time (including assessments or quotes). This is in addition to the service/repair fee and any additional costs.

Full payment is required upon completion of work. A 3-month warranty applies to all workmanship.

Machines not collected within 3 months of invoice may be sold to recover costs, unless prior arrangements have been made.

A storage fee may be charged for machines left uncollected after work is completed.
